Warranty & Complaints
You can rely on La Couronne du Comte when your article shows any defects. On all articles the warranty terms of the supplier apply. La Couronne du Comte always lets the supplier repair any defective article.

Before you return a defective article to us, it is necessary to obtain a return number. You an ask for a return number by contacting us.

Excluded from warranty
No warranty will be given when the following applies:
- Damage because of unreasonable use obvious abuse,
- Damage because of moist or water,
- Articles exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations are excluded form the warranty.

Defective upon arrival
Please contact us in the case your article does not function properly immediately upon arrival. When our supplier confirms the defect, you will receive a new article. When the article is no longer in production and cannot be repaired, you will receive a comparable product or, if applicable, a refund.

Warranty and defects: step by step
Would you like to make use of your warranty? Then we ask you to do the following to ensure a smooth return of your article.

- Report to us, that you want to return a defective article.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing your request.
- You will receive further instructions by email concerning the return of your defective article.
- When we received your article, La Couronne du Comte sends a confirmation email.
- We investigate your request and we will offer a solution to you as soon as possible.

The costs for returning the article will have to be paid by you. La Couronne du Comte pays the costs for returning the repaired or replaced article to you.

We can also handle the repair of your product. In case we cannot repair the product ourselves at our store, we will forward it to the manufacturer. We can have the manufacturer quote the costs for the repair in advance, so you can choose if you want it to be repaired or not.
In case you send the product to us for a repair, it needs to be accompanied by our repair form. This form can be found by clicking here. Products sent to us without the form saldy cannot be handled by us.
