La Couronne du Comte ships worldwide through reliable partners (Post NL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or your local, national postal service) to your desired shipping address!
Your order will be sent within 24 hours after receiving your payment, when it is in stock. When the product is not in stock, it is being order for you at the distributor, after which La Couronne du Comte will inform you about the estimated time of delivery. Most of the times it will not be longer than 1 or 2 weeks.
SHIPPING RATES FOR INK CARTRIDGES, REFILLS AND NOTEBOOKS
La Couronne du Comte ships ink cartridges, converters, refills for fountain pens, rollers and ballpoints and paper notebooks at a reduced rate. We are able to do this, because these orders can be sent using regular mail instead of parcel mail.
The ordered ink, converters and/or notebooks are safely packed in a bubble envelope and will be sent priority mail to any location in the world.
Please note: when you order ink bottles, pens, leather ware or other items as well, we cannot use this lower rate. You can then choose an option for parcel mail described on this page.
Benelux
Shipping costs €1,95 (priority shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €50,-)
Europe (excluding Benelux, including non-EU countries)
Shipping costs €4,75,- (€3,99 excl. VAT) (priority shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €100,-)
Rest of the world
Shipping costs €7,75,- (€6,51 excl. VAT) (priority shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €150,-)
SHIPPING RATES
When your order consists of an (article) amount of €50,- or more and has to be shipped within the Benelux, we will not charge you any shipping costs.
When your order consists of an (article) amount of €100,- or more and has to be shipped within the European Union (excluding Benelux), we will not charge you any shipping costs.
For orders below €100,- (which have to be shipped within the European Union) we charge the following rates:

Shipping costs €4,95 (insured shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €50,-)
European Union (excluding Benelux)
Shipping costs €14,50 (insured shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €100,-)
Shipping costs €9,- (uninsured shipping: you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €100,-)
You will not receive a tracking number when you choose uninsured shipping.
When your order has to be send outside of the European Union we charge the following rates:
Outside European Union
Shipping costs €19,- (€15,97 excl. VAT) (you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €150,-) for insured shipping
Shipping costs €14,- (€11,76 excl. VAT) (you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €150,-) for uninsured shipping outside EUROPE
Shipping costs €9,- (€7,56 excl. VAT) (you only pay these costs when the amount of the order is below €150,-) for uninsured shipping within EUROPE
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable custom duties (only when you live outside the European Union). You will not receive a tracking number when you choose uninsured shipping.
RETURNS
It is possible you would like to return the article(s) you ordered. When purchasing products, you have the option to repudiate the contract without specifying any reasons for a period of at least 14 days. This period starts on the day the product is received by or on behalf of you.
During this period, you shall handle the product and the packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product. If wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to return the product with all delivered accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to La Couronne du Comte in conformity with our reasonable and clear instructions. The return should always contain your name and address.
When the product is not, only partially or in worsened condition returned, we are obliged to deduct a decrease in value. The buyer can reduce the risk of a depreciation by not using the products and refrain himself or herself from performing any actions that may decrease the value of the product.
We will refund the paid amount as soon as possible, however, within not more than 30 days after the return or withdrawal.
Attention: the shipping costs for returning the item will be yours.
Articles that have been especially produced for you (for example when an article is engraved), cannot be changed or returned.
